We had the most amazing rain yesterday. Some people often ask what is the difference between rain and amazing rain… easy… we appreciate every drop! For the 3 months leading up to our life changing Knysna Fires on 7 June last year, we had not had a drop of rain so that, together with 6 other contributing factors, produced ‘a perfect fire’. All we wanted/needed was rain and when it did eventually arrive, the whole town rejoiced. It was amazing/spectacular/awesome/incredible rain! And yesterday was like that too. It rained for most of the day and the earth received some much needed moisture, the swimming pool filled up and the birds in the garden were delighted. So for us, rain is never just rain. It is always amazing!
